Cinnamon Tree Resort
1. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A valid email address and contact number must be provided when making a reservation.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the selected rate plan.
Rates are quoted in United States Dollar (USD) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time: 14:00
Check-out time: 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s stay.
In the event of an early departure, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
4. Room Policies
All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee may apply if this policy is violated.
Maximum occupancy per room is as stated in the booking details.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Charges will apply accordingly.
Towels and linens provided are for in-room use only.
5. Facilities and Services
All rooms include an attached bathroom, air-conditioning, free WiFi, and free parking.
Additional services (e.g., airport transfers, excursions, meals) may be available upon request and subject to extra charges.
The resort reserves the right to modify or temporarily suspend facilities for maintenance or operational reasons.
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests must present a valid ID or passport at check-in.
The resort will not be responsible for loss or damage to valuables not deposited in the safe.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other guests and staff.
7. Liability
Cinnamon Tree Resort shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the stay, except where caused by the negligence of the resort.
8. Service Interruptions
The resort shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, pandemics).
9. Amendments
The resort reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply.
